Delivery Guide

We offer a hassle-free delivery option for our customers.

As Goodie Gumdrops holds stock of all the products on our website, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

Shipping Rates:
A nominal flat rate fee of R150.00 for main centres will be charged.

Outlying Areas carry a fee of R200.00

Delivery by courier will take 2 – 4 working days to reach you depending on the area that you live in. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address during the day to sign for and accept delivery.

Please note our couriers do not deliver to a P O Box number. 

Your order will arrive straight to your door, using our trusted courier company.

Please note that the above rates are only for South African customers.

Delivery times depends on the area you are based in. An estimated time of 2-3 days applies for main areas.

All deliveries are scheduled for standard business hours which are 8am to 6pm.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify a specific time of delivery.

Please note that while we strive to deliver on time and within the specified days, delivery can be delayed from time to time caused by matters outside of our control.

Outlying areas carry an additional 3-4 days.

Free collection

Free collection is available from our home store in Erasmia, Centurion.

Please contact us in respect to collections.

Orders to be collected must be paid for prior to collection.

No orders will be kept aside without payment.

Goodie Gumdrops reserves the right to amend delivery prices for courier deliveries to very remote areas and for extremely heavy or peculiar sized or shaped items. We will always contact you first and will never charge extra without your consent.

If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to arrange a quote for priority courier service, although this will cost extra.
